[NFB-Krafters-Korner] resting hands

A few weeks ago I had to stop crafting because both of my hands were in
terrible pain, and I couldn't get into see the hand doctor to get some
cortisone shots, no matter how much I begged in emails. Well, I couldn't
stand it any more this past Tuesday. I went up stairs and brought down the 2
afghans I was working on. As I wrote the other day, I finished one and am
making good progress on the other one. I am about to go up and get some
cotton to make Cathy's potholder. It really helped a great deal to give my
hands that rest, but emotionally it was tough. It was like withdrawal from
my means of relaxation. 

 

I sold my house and have done lots of packing, and I may have finally found
a house to buy. If you are a praying person, please pray for God's guidance
about whether to buy it or not.
