Thank you, Lea. This article is pretty old as you can tell. Many things have changed, but the basics are still the same. When somebody is motivated to do an update, I'm sure Gary Wunder, MONITOR editor, would be glad to have it. If you are not now reading the BRAILLE MONITOR, you can get it online, on Nfbnewsline, or no thumb drive. You can even have it emailed directly to you.
