On a related topic, are there other sites that have this issue as well? There's no reason why we have to limit ourselves to Lionbrand.

I actually had emailed their support team yesterday. :) just letting them know in a friendly matter that we cannot access all that they offer on their site, and letting them know I know people who could help them fix the problems we are having :) hope to hear back from them soon :)
