They can fix it yes, but it won't be an easy thing, particularly if there's no problem with VO. It may be a jaws version issue as well. Unfortunately, there's nothing to be done for that but upgrading.

I have been using voiceover, and have no problems at all. I’m wondering if it’s just a jaws problem or a windows problem? If so, can they even fix that?
