[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Want to know sunday

Mindfulness is wonderful when knitting! I love to focus on the feel of the yarn. The movement of the needles. 

Funny story with mindfulness. I was in the hospital for some depression (turns out I have bipolar) and we were having a mindfulness session. They were describing colors and having us picture different items of the color in our minds. All I pictured was different yarns of the color😂
