I understand how confusing all of this seems.  Sorry about that.
First of all, this is where you can pay the $20 membership dues:

This page has a button to use pay pal.
The $20 dues will start your membership from the day you pay until
June 30, 2021.

For Sell Day
On the 1st & 15th of each month we offer crafters the opportunity to
post a list of items for sell on this list. Please list your email
address on that list so those interested can contact you privately.

I hope that helped clear up a few things for you.
