Is anyone having trouble opening the adds from Joann's!

For maybe 2 weeks, when I open the add, I get kicked out to the desk top and
then back to Outlook. Then I try again and back to the desk top, for good!

I usually have to try at least 3 times before I can read the add!

I thought it might have something to do with overload, because of so many
being home, since it happened to other e-nails, at the beginning, but it is
only the Joann's add giving me trouble, now!
