The free conference call app is not the easiest but it can be done. When entering the passcode number you do not have to put in the #Sign.  You will only need to enter the Numbers for each field. Strangely, yes you will receive the message information cannot be found. Simply click yes to proceed  and it will ask you if you want to join through cellular or using Wi-Fi. Click on Wi-Fi there might be one or two more steps after that but they are easy to figure out. once you are successful in connecting the phone number and passcode will be saved and viewable on The join tab page. The next time you want to use that phone number and passcode for accessing the class all you will have to do is click connect button that is directly underneath or next to that phone number.  Keep trying and once you are successful you won’t have to deal with the initial logging in for your class and can access your class the next time quite easily. you can do this at any time, you do not have to do it during the scheduled class time.  since I’m a voiceover user I have found using headphones is much easier to accomplish this task.
