Bernice,
Tracy found a pattern, "Guided by Love socks".  The single pattern cost
$8.00 put the proceeds are being donated to the Dog Guide School.  Joyce,
has a book that she paid $20.00.  This book contains 12 patterns, one of
which is "Guided By Love Socks."

Several Knitters have purchased this pattern and Dixie has offered to set
up a Knit Along to work up these cute socks.
I do believe I got it all.

It's on Ravelry, and costs $8.
I found it by putting guide dog in the search box, then looking through the
list until I found it.  The list is only 20 total.
It says it is a sock with a lace pattern of pawprints on the instep and up
the leg, with "guided by love" in braille around the cuff.
