Ari,
Here is a tip to help with that.

When you fill out the form, copy the supply list and paste it in the Notes section of the form.

The class date and time be put into the form too. This will have all available information in one place.

Thanks for the help. :) You'd think I'd be used to this now after taking a few classes. :) I do wish the confirmation emails had the class time/date/call-in info as well as the supplies. It would make it easier to add to your calendar. As it stands, I have to gather the info from a few different places and not all at the same time. I guess it's not really that hard to update a calendar event. :)
