Hot Cocoa Amigurumi

It may not keep you warm, but this Hot Cocoa Amigurumi pattern will
certainly warm your heart. Adorable crochet patterns like this make great

decorating ideas. Makes a great gift idea too!

Abbreviations ch-chain, sc-single crochet, inc-increase, dec-decrease

 

MugRnd1: With White Yarn starting at the bottom of your mug sc x 6 in a
magic ring, or ch x 2 and do 6sc in the second chain from your hook (6)

Rnd2: Inc x 6 (12)

Rnd3: [Sc, inc] x 6 (18)

Rnd4: [Sc x 2, inc] x 6 (24)

Rnd5: Do this round in the back loops, sc x 24 (24)

Rnd6-7: Sc x 24 (24)

Rnd8: [Sc x 4, dec] x 4 (20)

Rnd9: Sc x 20 (20)

Rnd10: You will be placing the safety eyes in this round, sc x 6, place your
first eye in the last stitch you just did, sc x 2, place your second eye in

the last stitch, sc x 12 (20)

Rnd11-14: Sc x 20 (20)

Rnd15: Do this round in the front loops, sc x 20, fasten off (20)

 

Hot CocoaRnd1: With Brown Yarn starting in the middle of the hot cocoa sc x

Assembly

Sew the hot cocoa portion to the back loops of the last round of your mug,
adding stuffing before you sew it completely shut. Sew the handle in place.

Then roll up the marshmallow and sew it in place on top of your hot cocoa.
Weave in all ends and trim them.

 

Drink up and keep warm!
