No, they shouldn't get twisted or anything if you pull them out of the skein or off of the ball evenly. It really isn't that difficult if you have some knitting experience under your belt.

How do you net with two strands? Wouldn’t they twist? How do you switch colors? OK I have one stripe blue and one stripe yellow or whatever of the pattern calls for. Good thing I signed up for the knitting class on Thursdays
