It has not been that way since the division was started.  It had been risen
twice since this division was started.

I really think the division should consider the amount of its dues, and do
so before too many people have paid for this year.

To me, the mere fact that there is a scholarship to help people pay dues
indicates there could be a problem.

I keep wondering why KK dues are 4 times as much as dues for any other
division I'm in.  If there's a good reason, I'd like to know it.  But, if
the reason is that it's always been that way since the division started, I
think it's time for a change.
