[NFB-Krafters-Korner] OT Guide dog Breeds?

Hi Becky and all,
One of my guides from guiding eyes was a black lab and it was specifically called a brindle because he had brown paws while the rest of him was black. This is not a kind of dog that is bred but rather an anomily. These dogs are disqualified from show competition, but they are fine as guide dogs. Mine was quite hyper for a lab.
I knew some one who had a doberman as a guide. She said that she liked it because she was allergic to dog hair.
May God bless you.
