[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Yarn types

I thought bulky was even thicker than chunky.  
Some of the differences are pretty subtle, like heavy worsted vs chunky.

Chunky yarn is also referred to as bulky or category 5 yarn. In the UK it is closest to 13 ply yarn.
