[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Short row instructions and sock toe bind off

Does anyone have a good set of written instructions for how to work a short row for the heel and toe of a sock? If not, how about the bind off that you could use at the end of a sock that would be like a pillowcase. I think it might be called a kitchenner stitch bind off? I'm happy with one but I would prefer both instructions. Thanks.
