I have gotten  the moccasin kit from Montana Leather company.  The kit somes
complete with all you need.  You need to pick the size and it costs $30 free
shipping and they have a new shipment and will be set for your orders.

I ordered mine on Friday and received it Monday.

Please wait for the class listing before your order the kits.  As if you get
the kit from another place I will not guarantee if they are made the same.

I put Tandy Leather kits into Google and came up with many results. I also
searched in Amazon, for moccasin leather kits and again got many results.
So, when you learn, there will be many choices.
