[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Measuring tool resources

Hi Vickie,

To the best of my knowledge (which is very limited when it comes to
knitting), I don't believe it would work very well. I am guessing that
a braille ruler, yardstick or click-rule would be best for measuring a
knitted project.
