I personally think this is a great idea. Good cooking is certainly an art.
Maybe we could have a new recipe each month that teaches a different skill.
For example, your biscuit recipe would be teachings us how to get flakey
biscuits, and not coming out with biscuits that resemble hockey pucks.

The NJ affiliate Sports and Recreation Division recently had a small cooking
class over Zoom, and it went well.  One person cooked and told us what she
was doing, and we either cooked along with her or listened.

Could we do something like that?  I'd love to share my biscuit recipe.  And
I do think making good biscuits is something of an art.
