That's funny that this topic came up. I had been thinking that if I had
experience in making a ginger bread house that it would have been a great
class for August. Now that I planeted the seed maybe there is somebody who
wants to take on the challenge.

The NJ affiliate Sports and Recreation Division recently had a small cooking
class over Zoom, and it went well.  One person cooked and told us what she
was doing, and we either cooked along with her or listened.

Could we do something like that?  I'd love to share my biscuit recipe.  And
I do think making good biscuits is something of an art.
