> This is the first class in a series for beginners about learning to make jewelry. In this first-class students will make a 16-inch beaded necklace. In future classes students will learn how to make a bracelet and earrings.
> Also, in this first class, students will learn how to use the tools and supplies needed to make jewelry.

> An interest in learning to make jewelry
> Supply list:
> Purl beads choose between 8mm, 6mm, or 4mm in color of your choice.
> ·         beating cord thickness of 1mm up to 2mm in material of your choice, (such as hemp, waxed cotton, leather, etc.)
> ·         spring ring clasp or barrel clasp
> ·         two bead tips size 2mm,
> ·         2 shanks for all sizes
> ·         two jump rings, size 2mm or 4mm
> large eye beating needles
> ·         needle nose pliers
> ·         round nose pliers
> ·         bent nose pliers
> ·         wire cutters
