[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Buying yarn online

Hi Marianne,

I asked Alexa to describe the color ivory and she said it is an off-white with a yellow tint. The color cream is also off-white with a tint of yellow. However, whether there is a difference between these two shades is something I do not know.
I agree that calling a yarn company and asking customer service to describe the color of the yarn is sometimes a good idea. I have done this with Amazon’s disability help line as well as with yarn.com with good results.
Hope this helps.

May God bless you.
