[NFB-Krafters-Korner] things we collect

My parents bought me a Heather doll the Christmas before my daught Heather was born in February. Then I got quite a few in that series. Amanda and Matthew I think are their names. They are 2 little kids sitting with sailor suits on with a set of blocks that spell Mom one way and Dad  another. I have a little boy dressed to play baseball. There are more in that series, but I can't quite remember. Then I have an Amish series with children. One is a little boy sitting on a bail of hay with his fiddle and his dog beside him. Another is a little girl kneeling at her prayer stool, and another little girl standing with her dollie in her arms. I have several that are part of a set of crispening dolls. I have several bride dolls, and some from QVC that play music. I used to have specially made shelves with Lexie glass around them. I got rid of it when I moved and boxed everybody up except Heather who is on my dresser. She is lying on her stomach with her feet curled back over her little behind, her arms rest on a little lace pillow and her head leans back and facing to the side.

Oh, I love butterflies!  They are so pretty!  Smile! I have over 60 porcellan dolls.  I have more that are 12 inches tall and a few smaller ones. I collected coffee cups for years but don't now.  Now, I mainly collect yarn and patterns of things to make with yarn.  Hahaha!

I collect butterfly decor, I suppose. I do love most things with butterflies depicted on it! I'm also starting a Disney collection-- so far it's just a few plushes some stickers, and a couple mugs, but I'm always on the look out for a good deal! I also don't have a ton of space so am trying to collect smaller items.
