Good idea. I thought I would write up a list and be ready to send it to people that request information. Maybe my son-in-law could put some pictures in it even.

In myne, I am listing my name, business name and main craft types and catagories of items.
I am not listing each item.  I keep inventory lists that I can go through with my customers or send directly to them.

So, we will not be able list individual items that people can purchase? 
Just want to be clear on what this will be.

Personally, if I was shopping a virtual craft fair, I wouldn't contact each person listed to find out what items they are currently selling. I would be too busy going to the various sessions of convention. At last year's venders exhibits, I did not follow-up with anyone that did have an actual "exhibit/seminar" that demonstrated what they were selling and prices.

Just something to consider for this type of event. Is the coming convention the same as it was last year? Did anyone sell anything during convention?

Trying to fully understand what is being held to see if it is worth putting something together.
