Thanks Tammy. I've had one wonderful acupuncturist and 3 that were not. So, I'm praying that the one I see this week is like the first one I saw. He doesn't practice any more. He is all into herbs, which only give me a stomach ache.

Good luck with the acupuncture. I’m not brave enough to do that but I’ve heard that it does work it just takes time. Kind of like a chiropractic visit. Overtime you go and eventually the adjustments don’t have to be done as often.

I understand about not being able to walk though mine was due to surgery that was elective. I was off my feet from the middle of November pretty much until mid April. I could be on my feet in January but not for anything more than 10 minutes without getting tight or in pain. I just had foot surgery. I’m finally able to do things more normally but I got a watch it. Saturday I was at the zoo with a friend her husband and fourth grade daughter. Let’s just say yesterday I was glad it was raining so our church walking group couldn’t meet at our house. :-) it didn’t help me get things packed up to move but I got some more of my bro book ride and I had some nice naps. Our neighbors brought us lilacs and I realized we had white lilacs that bloomed. Our living room has a vase with white lilacs and the dining room window has a big vase of the purple Lilacs her neighbor gave us. That pretty much sums up yesterday.
