[NFB-Krafters-Korner] loom knitting and sore finger

Try not to grip it so tightly.  I have the same problem with knitting
needles. Some times, I get pain, below my thumb!
Tention!
I also have arthritis.
A squeezy ball, might help!

Good afternoon loomers,

I'm wondering how you keep from getting a sore finger when you loom knit? I
hold the tool like a pencil, and the first joint on my middle finger is
getting sore. Anybody have any suggestions?
