I am not sure on both your questions.  I just called my service and the only
asked name, etc.  As my son wrote this to get senior citizens online.  It is
worth giving them a called.  It goes into effect Oct. 1.

My son is working for a radio station and he is working on this today.

 

This goes into effect October 1, for seniors citizens in the USA:

 

a government program through the internet providers to give senior citizens
access to the internet.  They said it gives you a $50.00 discount each month
towards your internet bill.  You can call  your internet provider directly
and they will apply it.  The program is called the E.B.B. or emergency
broadband benefit program

 

I called my service up today &  they  told me it will show up on next months
bill.  So call today!!
