Yes. It is made from beads, safety pins, and wire. I have the pattern. Basically what you do is open the safety pin, and fill the sharp side according to the directions. Then you string it together at each round with wire. It takes it shape by the size of the pins, kinds of beads, and the number of items in a round. 
I would be glad to present it, but to be realistic, I don't have the energy at this time to put together kits and mail them out. I had major surgery 3 weeks ago tomorrow.
Another option is to send you the pattern off list. It is really very self explanatory. 
Ken and Teresa Taylor presented the class originally and it is their design.

Did you make the Christmas bell from  beads? Does it hold its shape well? I think I would like to make a bell. I collect bells of all kinds.

I agree that the Christmas tree is most difficult. The first one I made was perfect, but the second one I made leaned. I believe that means that I didn't tighten the wires evenly or something. I took it apart, and retry sometime. 
I found the Christmas bell pretty easy. I made 2 of them and they look perfect.

Hi Tracy,

I took many of the safety pin beading classes way back when. The first class I took was the Christmas tree. Theresa said that I began with the most challenging pattern she had taught thusfar. You might wish to start with one of the baskets or smaller projects. Personally, what I found most difficult was placing the number of beads that wanted on the pins. It was impossible to close the pins, the beads were on so tightly. Then, another thing I found difficult was closing the wire at the end of each round of the pattern. One needed to tighten the wire up tight and it was rather thick wire, around 20 gauge I think. If you have good strength in your hands and fingers, you may not have this problem, but if you have arthritis or weakness in hands or fingers, the projects will be difficult. 
One hint to keep in mind when making these kits is to always face the spines of the safety pins into the inside of the project. Also, it is important that you place the wire into the loop of the safety pin not the spine of the pin.
