December Charity Donations

I love all the participation. This month there was 203 hand crafted items
and 514 miscellaneous items donated and 43 volunteer hours recorded. Also
there was a $160 monetary donation.  If you're wondering what some of the
items received this month were as follows crafted items it was teddy bears,
hats, scarves, mittens, a lap blanket, squares and dishcloths. The
miscellaneous items were buttons, various toys, food items and hand written
cards. The volunteer hours were   website work, class preparation, and
teaching, and sitting on boards of various groups the monetary donations
were food gift cards and a donation to help a dog school. 

All these items and peoples time was donated to 22 organizations. They were
Crafters Corner, Gallant Hearts Guide Dog Center, Open Door, Camrose Women
Shelter, Stollery Children's Hospital, St. Rose Church, Blankets for Canada,
Warm Up America, Crafting for Ukraine, Toys for Tots, First Baptist Church,
Sunday school First Baptist Church ,NFB Lincoln Chapter, 21st Century Lions
Club, Brooklyn crochet class, sewing Ministry of East Heights Baptist
Church, Ronald McDonald House for St. Jude Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee,
NFB Idaho chapter bedrooms, Global Cane Outreach, the Regeneration church of
Scotts Valley, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints , Leisure World
Lions Club and Camrose Food Bank.
