Hi Ericka, thank you for sharing this.
Many women from First Nation Tribes found weaving with beads and other materials to be Spiritual and Meditational as well.
When ever I am either knitting on needles, the loom or crocheting I am meditating or praying which is the custom of the Blackfeet Tribe.
