[NFB-Krafters-Korner] To quiet

Henry may have been watching the Superbowl, but I was watching PuppyBowl!  
I finally finished a pair of socks which has been giving me fits.  I made
them from a bit of yarn leftover from other socks, and the yarn was more
tangled than I had thought.  But now I have a nice pair of short socks,
which I wore in bed last night when my feet were cold. 
I'm also almost done with a hat which is made sideways, with short rows for
shaping.  Somehow the pattern didn't add up to a whole hat, so I had to
repeat some bits.  But it's almost done at last.
Then I've got a pair of Argyle fingerless mitts to make.  It's a knit-along
at my local yarn store.  I haven't tried much colorwork, but this seems
fairly simple.

The list is to quiet. I guess that means everybody is crafting, so what are
you all working on. I've been knitting bags that have a tick tack toe board
grid on them and making tiny yoyos for the playing pieces.  I plan on
donating them to Operation Christmas Child next year. I also have a small
baby blanket on another set of needles.

 

Did you know you can easily pick pins up with a strong magnet
