I think they are only for sale at the convention. That is how most divisions do it and affiliates do it.

They are cute little folding scissors, that feel sort of like a pair of glasses or a figure 8 when folded. Pull them apart and open them and they become nifty little scissors. They are always in my knitting bag -- except for when I lose them, which I have so often done!
