[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Reading patterns as blind or visually impaired crafter

I get plastic pages that are hole punched that are I think, 5/7.  I got them from the NFB store.  They are great for phone numbers, medical Imfo or any related imfo.  I think they even have note books to fit.  They also have the clear plastic in full pages.
After my sick spell, I wrote all my meds, doces and all the doctors and contact imfo and put it in the book, so I have it in one place!
