Hi, Sharon!

How exciting that you're getting into lotions and other items. Two
suggestions would Once they are cold, you can then add drops by turning the
bottle on it's side and letting the oil drop onto your finger & then fall
into your mixture. The second suggestion would be to purchase small
pipettes, which are like tiny medicine droppers, from sites such as Amazon,
Brambleberry or Bulk Apothecary.
