My thoughts were along the same. I would blow up a balloon. Soke the
newspaper for ma-shay, . Once dry I would pop the balloon. Turn the balloon
into a head by painting the balloon and add a face. Use the yarn for hair
and cut out material in the shape it needed for the body and turn it into a
hand puppet.
