I would use some of the paper to cut out eyes, nose, mouth and a tongue
sticking out of the mouth. I would then use some more of the paper to make
a slim body with arms and legs. I would use the string to tie around the
inflated balloon and make the string extra long so I could tie the other
end on the porch pole and let the strange thing fly around making the
grandkids laugh! LOL
