If the balloon was orange, I would make a weird looking pumpkin. If pink,
The yarn would be made into a very fancy bow for her hair. A poncho around
her half way and the paper to stiffen the poncho so she could stay, like a
sit proudly. If blue,  the balloon would be set in the paper and painted
like a mud puddle. The yarn would make a large bug that crawled on top of
his head. 

Do you want any more ideas from me on this subject???

I would make a flower.  The balloon would be the center of the flower.  The
paper would be used to roll up to make stems and some paper would be shaped
into leaves.  I would paint the paper green.  The yarn could be used to give
the stems and leaves nice texture.  By the way, this would be a Poppy.
The flower would be yellow.  I can think of two more things to make but I
will see if someone else comes up with them.
