[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Knitting question

Hi y’all this is Lisa. I have a question for all low vision and totally blind knitters that use regular knitting needles, not the loom knit knitting. How do you do a cast on? I am trying to teach myself how to knit I would love an answer to this question. Thank you very much to all of you.
