January Charity Donations

I love all the participation. This month there was 353 hand crafted items
and 16 miscellaneous items donated and 83 volunteer hours recorded. Also
there was a $60 monetary donation.  If you're wondering what some of the
items received this month were as follows crafted items it was hats,
scarves, mittens, slippers, dishcloths, school bags, squares and potholders.
The miscellaneous items were food items and a pair of curtains. The
volunteer hours were   website work, class preparation, and teaching, and
sitting on boards of various groups the monetary donations were given to
Seeing Eye and a local fire department,

All these items and peoples time was donated to 22 organizations. They were
Crafters Corner, Seeing eye, New York Fire Department, Crafting for Ukraine,
NFB New York chapter, Mittens for Detroit, Friends of Pine Ridge
Reservation, Blankets for Canada, Operation Christmas Child, Vanderbilt
Children's Hospital in Nashville TN

, Global Cane Outreach, NFB  New Jersey Chapter, NFB national senior
division , First Baptist Church, Sunday school at First Baptist church, 21st
century Lion's club, NFB Lincoln chapter, Brooklyn Crochet class, Sunday
school at The church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Leisure World
board, Leisure World Lion's club and Covenants Committee at Leisure World.
