Hi 
Wow this weekend is Fathers day, here in Aussie land fathers day is the first Sunday in September.
I always made my dad a fruit cake and when is was cool I added a table spoon of  Brandy and Rum  each day for a week.
Giggle he wouldn't let anyone else touch it when he was still with us.
Now it is just another day  for me.
I hope all the Fathers have a wonder day in the states.

I would make my husband, a triple layer, chocolate cake with mousse chocolate mousse in between the layers and super rich chocolate fudge frosting on the top. I would shape it like a big bear, and I will put all kinds of fun little candies like M&Ms on it because he loves candy. Oh, the reason I would make a big bear cake. It's because he's my big teddy bear.
