[NFB-Krafters-Korner] how to do a provissional cast on

Hello Bernice
I use this provisional cast on with waste yarn and then knit the head band until I get it the length I want and then I take out the provisional cast on and attach the ends together with a three needle bind off.
When the head band is turned right side it does not show.
