Henry I am using left over yarn. Thus the yarn is four ply. Double thick to
make them eight inches wide would drown the child in yarn. These are kids
ages five to ten years old.

Hi Becky, I would say that one thing depends on the height of the child. I
would make them about eight inches wide, and, anywhere from three to five
feet long.

I am making kid scarves. How wide and long should they be? There has to be
guidelines out there that make sense.
