I have made all sorts of things out of plastic canvas!
I have an easter egg, a pumpkin and a few Christmas trees, made out of
safety pins, done when Teresa Taylor was around.
I have a few lace pillows, made from the Mitsy kits!
Most of my items, go as gifts or I sell!
I even have hair items!
I just finished a baby blanket, hat, booties and tissue box, for a friends
first grand baby!
Off to work on the set for the second grand baby!

I pretty much use a pattern and then modify it to be creative with my touch.
I've made plastic canvas stars, bells, signs, ribbon candy, and others. I've
made beaded ornaments, decorate Styrofoam balls and bells in countless ways,
and knitted stockings, bells, Christmas trees and more. I'm always up for
more ideas I can learn and modify to make my own.

In the past I have made afghans, place mats, dishcloths, Christmas
ornaments, pillows, plant hangers, items for on the walls and probably more
I can't think of.  One item I made for my wall was I took a straw hat and
glued lace around the outer edge. Then took matching ribbon and tied a bow
around the hat and glued on some matching flowers and then hung it on the
wall.

 

Did you know paper tole is the art of constructing a 3-dimensional image
from a 2- dimensional picture
