Well I have never done this but perhaps you could melt the crayons in a jar
in the microwave and then add a whick to the jar.  Tie the one end of the
wick around a pencil and lay the pencil across the jar.  If you want a scent
to the candle, add some essential oil to the jar.  Then place aside to cool
and harden.  I just made that up.  Hopefully that would work.  I may just
have to try it sometime.  Of course take the paper off the crayons before
melting.  Once the wax hardened remove the pencil from the which and trim
down.
