Girl Scout Camp:

They would by wax to make candles, but the girls would melt the broken
crayons to color the wax.

Now that is a clever idea of melting the crayons and using molds to make
different shapes out of the crayons.

While going through a craft fair, a lady was selling different shapes of
crayons she made by melting down broken or short crayons, then poured it
into molds. She had cars, hearts and more. I guess she used candy molds to
create the various shapes.  Of course I bought some for my Grandkids!
