Yes, it has a crocheted head and tail.  The feet aren't very realistic but
that will give me something to work on.
Hahaha!

As for a knitted version, I don't have a clue.  I just made this up.  There
is probably a pattern out there somewhere.

I finished making a turtle dish cloth.  It was a circle, then it morphed
into a cute turtle with a scrubby on 1 side.  The other side is just to wash
the dishes.
Now, I'm off to create something else.
