[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Ideas for old dish towels

Really?  My town has a volunteer ambulance corps that we support.  I wonder if they could use my old towels.  I'll try to find out.
And I have so many, some adult bibs may be in order, too!  No more spilling tomato sauce on my nice shirt.

I donated my old towels, and any material that is absorbent to the volunteer fire department for cleaning the trucks. You wouldn't want to donate acrylic or nylon.

hi, sometimes i use these for emergency rags for things like when the dog gets sick or if i have a bloody nose or something like that and i dont want to keep the rag when i am done. i have heard of shredding them up and making braided items like coasters but if they are too far gone they wont really be useful for much else but the circular recepticle.
