Renee Vanhoy has a great course on converting needle patterns to the loom. You can get it through CinDWood looms website or on Etsy. Her courses run around $10 and you get the zoom recording from the class and several patterns.

Now, to figure out how to convert it to the Loom, big smile.

Here is a pattern that gives instructions on how to make the braille into
each block

                   KNITTED BRAILLE BABY AFGHAN

This knitted Afghan uses braille letters centered in squares.

     SQUARE DESCRIPTION:

Each square is framed by a garter-stitch border. Within this

frame there is a stockinette stitch background for the braille

letters which is made up of 28 sts by 36 rows. In the center of

each square, 4 sts and 9 rows are reserved for placement of braille

cell: 4 sts across (2 sts between the dots), and 9 rows vertically

(3 rows between the dots). These sts are numbered as a braille

cell, and bobble sts are placed in whichever dots are required for

the individual letter. (See braille alphabet chart below for

information on which dots are needed for each letter).

MATERIALS: Knitting worsted weight yarn; size 7 ndls.

GAUGE: 9 sts and 12 rows, 2 ins.

SIZE: 170 sts; 270 rows: approx. 38 by 60 ins.

     STITCHES USED: Garter Stitch: g-st; Stockinette Stitch: st-st;

Bobble Stitch: k into front, back and front of numbered st, turn;

p3, turn; k3, turn; p3, turn; k3. With left-hand ndl, pass second

and third sts, one at a time, over first st.

     BASIC SQUARE CHART:

Note: In the basic square, the placement of each numbered dot

of the braille cell is shown. A bobble st is to be made in that st.

If you do not need that dot for the letter you are making, omit it,

and knit that st.

See the braille letter chart below for information on which

dots are needed for each letter.

     BRAILLE SQUARE

     Cast on 34 sts.

Rows 1-5: Knit.

Rows 6-18: k3; st-st starting with a p row; to last 3 sts, k3.

Row 19: k3; k12, dot 6, k2, dot 2, k12; k3.

Rows 20-22: k3; st-st, starting with p row; k3.

Row 23: k3; k12, dot 5, k2, dot 2, k12; k3.

Rows 24-26: Rep rows 20-22.

Row 27: k3; k12, dot 4, k2, dot 1, k12; k3.

Rows 28-41: Rep rows 6-18.

Rows 42-45: Knit.

Bind off but do not cut yarn. Single crochet a border around

edge of each square. Fasten off.

     BRAILLE LETTER CHART

In this chart, each letter is shown with the numbered dots

that are needed.

A: 1

B: 1, 2

C: 1, 4

D: 1, 4, 5

E: 1, 5

F: 1, 2, 4

G: 1, 2, 4, 5

H: 1, 2, 5

I: 2, 4

J: 2, 4, 5

K: 1, 3

L: 1, 2, 3

M: 1, 3, 4

N: 1, 3, 4, 5

O: 1, 3, 5

P: 1, 2, 3, 4

Q: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5

R: 1, 2, 3, 5

S: 2, 3, 4

T: 2, 3, 4, 5

U: 1, 3, 6

V: 1, 2, 3, 6

W: 2, 4, 5, 6

X: 1, 3, 4, 6

Y: 1, 3, 4, 5, 6

Z: 1, 3, 5, 6

     ASSEMBLY

Make one square for each letter, then four squares following

the basic pattern omitting any braille dots. Arrange the squares as

in chart below, sewing them together

     Chart starting from top:

Row 1: blank square, A, B, C, blank square.

Row 2: D, E, F, G, H.

Row 3: I, J, K, L, M.

Row 4: N, O, P, Q, R.

Row 5: S, T, U, V, W.

Row 6: Blank square, X, Y, Z, Blank square.

Note: Afghan may be worked in one piece following the chart

above.

To knit it in one piece, simply begin each square in the chart

by continuing from previous square. In this case, omit crochet

border for each square, and add a crochet border to the entire

afghan, or a knit border of your own choice. Keep in mind that if

you work in one piece be sure that you start from the bottom right

corner up. To do this you will need to cast on 170 sts instead of

34 sts if working in squares.
