[NFB-Krafters-Korner] Want to know Wednesday

I don't have one favorite overall.  I like I love this yarn  for making
Christmas bags because it has wonderful Christmas colors. I like simply
soft for a medeium weight sweater. It also makes pretty good bears.   I
made a pink sweater recently which I love, but I forgot what brand it
is. I use all kinds of yarn for scarves to get the variety.   I used to
like woolese but can't find it any more in large skeins and small ones
are too expensive that I have found. If I use yarn smaller than 3-ply, I
double it because I am too impatient to spend so long making something
that fine.  And you get an interesting effect with two colors together.
Even though I can't see color, I love getting color effects.  Peoples'
opinions and reactions to color are interesting to me.   Clearly, I work
a lot with acrylic because it is washable and dryable and does not
shrink. I may have to change that because of environmental concerns.

Best,

Ramona
