[Nfb-kzoo] database from citizens for transit

Hello everyone,

Attached is a sample of the names and numbers of persons we will be
calling on the phone. Here's what we need to do:

1.	find a way to make this accessible, braille, electronically,
etc.
2.	find a way to track what callers say. There are several
questions you ask callers that anser and we need to be able to get that
info to the citizens for transit group when we are finished. I was
thinking that we could have one person dedicated solely to taking notes
on all calls/filling out a  mass sheet. I'm sure there are other ways
too. If everyone could bring a computer, that would be ideal, but I
don't suppose that is possible. 

 

We need more ideas.

Michele,

 

Attached is a sample of precinct 12 in Kalamazoo.  If it can be
converted, let me know and I'll send more.

 

If it is converted to braille, how do we scan the result back into the
data base or excel for tracking?  Also, it needs to be printed in black
ink only or it will not scan.
